You come to our practice on Herrengasse. We do a panoramic X-ray and an iTero 3D scan of your teeth and discuss honestly what's possible — free and without obligation.

Our dentists build an individual 3D simulation. You see before treatment starts how your teeth move tray by tray toward your dream smile.

Handover of your aligners — all at once
About 2 weeks later you come in for the handover. You receive all aligners and detailed instructions. About 10 days of wear time per tray — remove only for eating and brushing.
Which teeth do we treat — and which don't we?
SayCheeese aligners work on front, canine and premolar teeth (FDI teeth 11–14, 21–24, 31–34, 41–44) — every tooth you see when you smile. That's exactly why we are faster and more affordable than traditional orthodontics.
What we don't treat: corrections on molars (6s, 7s, 8s) or actual jaw misalignments. If you need that, we tell you at the consultation — and refer you to the right specialist.

Mild cases
From about 14 weeks of treatment — typically 10 aligners. About 10 days of wear time per tray.
Moderate cases
